IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Form 470 figures are estimates. Lisle Community Unit School District 202 is seeking proposals for the following hardware only items. Equipment must, at a minimum, meet the following specifications or their equivalent:-+/- 8 N1 Critical Technologies (N1C), Model N1C.L2200, or equivalent, a 2200VA/1980W, 120V, 2U rack/tower online double conversion lithium-ion Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). Hardware only purchase.All proposed equivalent or alternative manufacturer models must utilize lithium-ion battery technology. Lead-acid battery solutions, including sealed lead-acid (SLA) and valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA), will not be considered or accepted. Note: Any e-rate ineligible products, services or components bundled with eligible products or services must be listed separatelyfrom the eligible products or services; failure to do so can lead to rejection of the bid/quote. Vendor must provide eligibility percentage of portions of plans that are deemed ineligible. Proposer's response must include hardware and any applicable warranty requirements.

Vendors must provide firm, itemized pricing applicable to purchases of any quantity up to the maximum quantities specified in the Form 470. All purchases are subject to applicable FCC E-Rate competitive bidding and procurement requirements.
