Contract for the provision of outsourced Radiology Reporting Services (Teleradiology). This is a short term 3 month contract to address an immediate elective reporting capacity issue. The Trust's intention is to follow-on with a longer-term resilience arrangement to mitigate capacity concerns when presented.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The decision makers: Trust Clinical, Commercial & Finance support functions. No conflicts of interest, or potential conflicts of interest, were declared by any decision makers.
This notice is confirmation of an award having been made based on a framework agreement and without competition. Ref the framework agreement for the Supply of Managed Equipment and Clinical Service Solutions and Associated Goods (NHS Supply Chain) The duration of the contract is three months, with no option to extend The contract will commence on 12/10/2026 at 12:00 noon. This is an existing service but a new provider.
