Quality

A total of 10,000 marks were available, apportioned in a 80:20 ratio between each tenderer’s quality submission and price i.e. 8,000 marks for quality and 2,000 marks for price. Of the 8,000 marks available for quality criteria, the minimum threshold for each individual criterion was 40% and the aggregate of each individual quality criterion must be equal to or greater than 50%. Description of the method to be used if weighting cannot be expressed by criteria: Scores were awarded on a scale of 1 – 50 for each criterion, if a tenderer scored 0 on any criterion / sub-criterion, the remainder of their Quality submission was excluded from the competition. A Score Description was provided in the particulars section of the ITT to offer clarity on the marking scheme, with weighted points for all criteria.
