De gemeente Dordrecht treedt als centrumgemeente namens negen gemeenten in de regio op voor de aanbesteding van vrouwenopvang. De opdracht omvat crisisopvang, ambulante ondersteuning, AWARE en ondersteuning bij het slachtofferdevice voor slachtoffers van huiselijk geweld. Gunning vindt plaats op basis van kwaliteit (BPKV) met een vooraf vastgesteld taakgericht budget. Zie inkoopdocument. Het taakgerichte budget bedraagt voor 2027 €2.211.750.
