Dublin City Council gives notice of its intention to invoke Article 32.2.b of Directive 2014/24/EU which allows for the use of negotiated procedure without prior call for competition to award a contract were there is only one single supplier as competition is absent for technical reasons. A contract will be awarded to GIG Fassaden GmbH for a period of 18 months at a value of 1,888,280.64 euro with a possible 3 x 6 month extensions .
