Overview
Mit der S/4HANA-Transformation (STERN) steht das in das derzeitige SAP IS-U eingebettete Customer Interaction Center (CIC) als Frontend für die Kundensachbearbeitung im Bereich K nicht mehr zur Verfügung, da dieses Ende 2027 ebenfalls End of life geht. Gemeinsam mit dem Implementierungspartner Arvato wurde als Ersatzanwendung die SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 (abgekürzt SSC V2) festgelegt. Um die Sales and Service Cloud V2 sowie weitere Funktionalitäten außerhalb des SAP-Standards über Apps, Fiori-Kacheln usw. technologisch gut an SAP S/4HANA Utilities anbinden zu können, ist es zwingend notwendig, die SAP Integration Suite nutzen zu können. Um den weitergehenden Anforderungen gerecht zu werden, sind zukünftig ebenfalls Lizenzen für die SAP Integration Suite Standard Edition notwendig. Die Vertragsschließung ist für 4 Jahre geplant.
