Beschreibung: Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Planung, Beschaffung, Lieferung, Koordinierung, Montage, Probebetrieb und Abnahme eines Drehrohrofensystems zur thermischen Klärschlamm-Monobehandlung. Hiervon umfasst ist auch die Integration des Drehrohrofensystems in die Bestandsanlage.
Eine Angabe bei "Wert der Ausschreibung" unter Abschnitt 6 und 6.1.2. kann aufgrund der Vorschriften der Art. 70 Abs. 3 der Richtlinie 2014/25/EU i. V. m. § 38 Abs. 6 Nr. 3 SektVO bzw. § 39 Abs. 6 Nr. 3 VgV unterbleiben.
