De opdracht betreft het verduurzamen van het Neptunusbad in Klazienaveen. Om daartoe te komen acht de gemeente Emmen sloop- en bouwwerkzaamheden noodzakelijk en vormt derhalve onderdeel van deze opdracht. De bouwwerkzaamheden zullen bestaan uit het bouwkundig deel en het technisch ontwerp. De gemeente Emmen wenst één hoofdaannemer te contracteren die verantwoordelijk is voor uitvoering van de opdracht. €7.000.000
