Renewal: 2 Year Contract with an option to extend for a further 2 Years. Award criteria: Criteria and sub criteria Weighting % Price: 30% Total production cost, storage charges, fulfilment costs, reprint rates, delivery charges, and transparency of pricing structure. Experience: 20% Experience producing higher education prospectuses or similar large-format publications, evidence of successful delivery, client references, and fulfilment capability including carrier sheet and mailing. Technical: 30% Print quality, colour management processes, proofing methodology, production controls, binding quality, sustainability credentials, and ability to meet specification requirements. Management of Contract: 10% Account management approach, communication processes, project planning, risk management, contingency arrangements, and reporting procedures. Understanding: 10% Demonstrated understanding of the University objectives, proposed approach, innovation, sustainability, and ability to deliver a high-quality student recruitment publication.
