Travaux d'aménagement des espaces publics de la ZAC Gratte-Ciel Centre-ville à Villeurbanne - Phase 2. Consultation en 4 lots : - Lot n°1 : VRD - Lot n°2 : Espaces verts - Lot n°3 : Eclairage - Lot n°4 : Fontainerie / Brumisation Les travaux objet du marché sont réalisés en plusieurs phases : - Secteur A : espaces publics autour du macro-lot A - Secteur B : espaces publics autour du macro-lot B - Secteur C : espaces publics autour du macro-lot C Chaque secteur est ensuite découpé en sous-secteurs opérationnels pour suivre un phasage de réalisation en lien avec les libérations d’emprises des promoteurs immobiliers.
Les marchés sont conclus à prix unitaires. Les prix sont révisables selon la formule indiquée dans le CCAP.
