Overview
De opdracht richt zich op de realisatie van de tijdelijke modulaire onderwijshuisvesting voor basisschoolgebruik in het Oosterpark. De gecontracteerde partij wordt integraal verantwoordelijk voor ontwerp, levering, noodzakelijke fundatie, plaatsing, aansluiting, beheer, onderhoud én verwijdering van de tijdelijke huisvesting inclusief bijbehorende noodzakelijke fundatie na afloop van de contractduur. De tijdelijke huisvesting bestaat uit flexibele modulaire units van +/- 3x6 m² voor 9 klaslokalen en een peuterspeelzaal met een totale omvang van circa 1.200 m² BVO.
