Gebouw G03 (1.566m² BVO) ondergaat een ingrijpende energetisch renovatie (ontmanteling tot op de betonstructuur) en krijgt een uitbreiding met ongeveer 665m². Tijdens deze renovatie- en uitbreidingswerken dient er tijdelijke huisvesting te worden voorzien op het domein, dit maakt deel uit van het project. Gebouwen G01 (747m² BVO) en G42 (61m² BVO) worden integraal gesloopt na realisatie van het bouwproject. De omgevingsaanleg maakt ook deel uit van het project.
