Scope of Worl"The Construction of a fully finished mockup room demonstrating design intent, construction quality, and guest experience standards for the five-stars Club Med Musandam Resort development. The Mockup will be housed in a temporary building already constructed for a previous mockup room located in Muscat, Bawshar, Madinat Al Irfan. Note 1: Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs holding a valid Riyada Cardcard are exempted from payment of paying the Tender Fee. As tender fee, however the Esnad portal does not eTendering system currently support application of not enabled this exemption at feature, therefore the payment stage, eligible bidders shall pay the Tender Fee through the platform and may request a refund from OMRAN upon submission of valid proof of payment and a validpaid tender fee by SMEs Riyada Cardholder will be refunded subject to payment prove provided. Note: Please upload the BOQ and all commercial proposals under the Commercial Proposal section, separately from the Technical Proposal.
