Oberstown are seeking to appoint a training provider to deliver training to Oberstown campus people leaders on Performance Management at Oberstown. The approach must be collaborative (with internal teams) and fully directed towards engagement, development and support for people to achieve their objectives, set learning and development goals with their managers.
