Elia Transmission Belgium SA (hierna "Elia") start een Europese aanbestedingsprocedure met als doel een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor de levering van materiaal met betrekking tot interne telecombekabelingswerken binnen de elektrische onderstations van Elia. De reikwijdte van deze aanbesteding omvat het materiaal voor de bekabeling en connectiviteitsoplossingen die in onderstations worden gebruikt ter ondersteuning van bescherming, besturing, communicatie en hulpsystemen die cruciaal zijn voor de veilige en betrouwbare werking van het elektriciteitstransmissienetwerk. De aanbestedingsprocedure is gestructureerd in twee afzonderlijke lots, die de verschillende bekabelingstechnologieën weerspiegelen. De ene Lot heeft betrekking op kopergebaseerde bekabelingsoplossingen, terwijl de andere Lot betrekking heeft op glasvezelbekabelingsoplossingen. Elia Transmission Belgium SA (ci-après « Elia ») lance une procédure d’appel d’offres européenne dans le but de conclure un accord-cadre pour la fourniture de matériel lié aux travaux de câblage interne des télécommunications au sein des postes électriques d’Elia. Le champ d’application de cet approvisionnement couvre les matériaux pour les solutions de câblage et de connectivité utilisées à l’intérieur des postes afin de soutenir la protection, le contrôle, la communication et les systèmes auxiliaires essentiels à un fonctionnement sûr et fiable du réseau de transport d’électricité. La procédure d’appel d’offres est structurée en deux lots distincts, reflétant les différentes technologies de câblage impliquées. Un lot concerne les solutions de câblage à base de cuivre, tandis que l’autre lot concerne les solutions de câblage à fibre optique. Des détails supplémentaires sur la portée de chaque lot seront fournis dans les documents d’appel d’offres. L’accord-cadre résultant de cette procédure permettra à Elia de passer des ordres d’arrêt sur toute sa durée pour les travaux et fournitures à exécuter dans les sous-stations existantes et futures, conformément aux normes techniques, aux exigences de sécurité et aux contraintes opérationnelles d’Elia.

Elia Transmission Belgium SA (hereinafter “Elia”) is launching a European tendering procedure with the objective of concluding a framework agreement for the supply of material related to internal telecom cabling works within Elia’s electrical substations. The scope of this procurement covers the material for the cabling and connectivity solutions used inside substations to support protection, control, communication, and auxiliary systems that are critical for the safe and reliable operation of the electricity transmission network. The tender procedure is structured into two separate Lots, reflecting the different cabling technologies involved. One Lot relates to copper‑based cabling solutions, while the other Lot relates to fiber optic cabling solutions. Further details on the scope of each Lot will be provided in the tender documents. The framework agreement resulting from this procedure will enable Elia to place call‑off orders over its duration for works and supplies to be executed in existing and future substations, in accordance with Elia’s technical standards, safety requirements and operational constraints.

The Applicant must request, complete and submit by the closing date (see IV.2.2.) the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) with the most actual available data together with the requested documents. The applicants must request the access to the tender on the Ariba platform by sending an e-mail to the responsible buyer (Ignaas De Valkenaere, [email protected]) mentioning the name of the legal entity, address, VAT number, name + e-mail + telephone of the contact(s). Information to access the tender on the Ariba platform will be provided by e-mail as soon as possible. Contracting entity don’t guaranty to provide the Ariba login details before closing time for candidates requesting their access to Ariba less than 48 hours before closing time. The contracting entity declines any responsibility in the event of problems with the Ariba platform. Any application not sent correctly via Ariba will be rejected.
