To support the implementation of the “Agreement between the Swiss Federal Council and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning the cooperation in the reconstruction process of Ukraine”, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) seeks to contract a Technical Consultant. The Consultant will assist SECO in carrying out all procurement processes conducted under the Agreement, including the technical review of specifications, the preparation of tender documents and the evaluation of bids. In addition, the Consultant will support SECO in monitoring the delivery and installation of the goods and services procured under the Agreement.

Um bei der Umsetzung des „Abkommen zwischen dem Schweizerischen Bundesrat und dem Ministerkabinett der Ukraine über die Zusammenarbeit im Wiederaufbauprozess der Ukraine“ zu unterstützen, sucht das Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft (SECO) einen technischen Konsulenten. Der Konsulent soll dem SECO bei allen Beschaffungsprozessen helfen, die im Rahmen des Abkommens durchgeführt werden, wie zum Beispiel die technische Überprüfung von Spezifikationen, die Vorbereitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und die Bewertung von Angeboten. Ausserdem soll der Berater das SECO dabei unterstützen, die Lieferung und Installation der im Rahmen des Abkommens beschafften Produkten und Dienstleistungen zu überwachen.
