Cheltuielile de ambalare (paleti) si transport la beneficiar si vor fi suportate de furnizor, iar produsele vor fi insotite de certificate de calitate si conformitate, garantie emise de producator .
Livrarea produselor se va face in maxim 5 zile de la semnarea contractului in Localitatea TASNAD , jud. Satu Mare . Cheltuielile de livrare vor fi suportate de furnizor. Termen de plata 30 de zile de la receptia marfii daca nu sunt obiectiuni, si comunicarea facturii electronice catre destinatar (conform art. 4. alin(7) din OUG 120 ) .Factura va conține obligatoriu codul CPV prevăzut în anuntul de publicitate.
