Solicitarile de clarificari se vor face cu 7 zile inainte de data de depunere a ofertelor la sectiunea intrebari in SICAP, iar raspunsul entitatii contractante se va transmite cu 4 zile inainte data de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde numai la solicitarile de clarificari depuse pana la termenul limita, stabilit pentru primirea acestora.
