Overview
Objednávateľ požaduje zariadenie na realizáciu nasledovných tesov: High temperature reverse bias (HTRB), High temperature gate bias (HTBG), High humidity high temperature reverse bias (H3TRB). Zariadenie musí umožňovať realizácia všetkých troch testov nepretržite aspoň 1000 hodín v rámci jedného testu. Zariadenie musí obsahovať merací systém a klimatickú komoru. HTRB test musí byť možný pri 3,3 kV napätí medzi source-drain, resp. kolektor-emitor. Vzhľadom na časovú náročnosť testu musí byť systém schopný merať 80 výkonových modulov súčasne. Klimatická komora musí byť schopná regulovať vlhkosť a teplotu v rozsahu do 90°C a zároveň teplotu pri 0% vlhkosti do 180 °C.
