The aim of the procurement is to enter into an agreement with one tenderer who can deliver a system for electronic control. The system must have flexibility and be able to take care of any changes in future business needs and rules that can affect the contractual relationship. The agreement shall also include service, maintenance and replacement schemes for the equipment included in the system.
