Pre-market engagement seeks to attract cleaning contractors to carry out and manage cleaning services to 97 properties across our regions Severn, Tame & Witham. The successful tenderer will take on all 3 regions and all 97 homes. There are 705 hours of cleaning required each week. 36,660 cleaning hours per year 109,980 cleaning hours over the 3-year contract.
