Direct award PWP Industrial currently supplies the High Level Waste Plant Lid Welder welding torch and retains the knowledge and intellectual property associated with its design. PWP Industrial have the specialist expertise required to deliver the replacement spares and associated modifications. The procurement is required to replace obsolete critical components, including the connectors and HFT/HFE cables, reducing the risk of equipment unavailability and operational disruption. Owing to PWP Industrials ownership of the design knowledge and intellectual property, they are able to provide the required spares and modifications whilst maintaining the integrity, performance, and supportability of the lid welder, the above is in accordance with PA23, Schedule 5, Paragraph 5.
