Quantity Surveying Services are required from Project Review 1 to Project Review 7 inclusive in line with the CWMF requirements and the scope of services included within the contract documents. The new build construction of approx. 136no units comprising of a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bed apartment as part of a mixed tenure scheme. The project consists of the demolition and site clearance of the 3nr existing housing blocks and ancillary structures including enabling works and building of a new housing scheme in line with the project brief. The estimated construction cost for the scheme is €70 million (Incl VAT) The selected contract for the demolition and new build phase of the project is a PW-CF2 - Public Works Contract for Building Works Designed by the Contractor [D and B]. The Dominick Street West Regeneration project will use Building Information Modelling (BIM) as part of the project delivery as per the CWMF BIM mandate.
