Constituye el objeto del contrato el suministro, mediante adquisición, de materiales para atender las necesidades de los departamentos y de las brigadas municipales (fontanería, sanitarios, carpintería, ebanistería, herrería y cerrajería, ferretería, obras y construcción, pinturas, pintura vial, gases industriales, playas, zonas verdes y mobiliario urbano) todo ello, en los términos y condicciones detalladas en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas particulares.
