NIRAS Finland Oy on behalf of Forestry, Land Use and Value Chains Development in Tanzania (FORLAND) and Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism (MNRT), Tanzania as the contracting authority, invites tenders to submit a proposal for enhancing the knowledge and capacity of village government and community members in governance, sustainable management and conservation of their forest resources in select villages in Lindi and Ruvuma Regions.

The procurement will follow the Finnish law on Public procurement (law 1397/2016) and when applicable the General Terms Public Procurement for Finland (JYSE 2014). The procurement is binding to the contracting authority only when the contract has been signed.
