GP Room. Install metal top hat rails at 400ctrs fixed to purlins. Install 220mm of Dense Rock Wool insulation. Cover area with breathable membrane & with Gyproc surface material. Gyproc Rigidur to walls, Gyproc Duraline plasterboard to ceilings. Tape & Joint. Paint Surface. Old School Block. Install Tegral top hat rails at 400ctrs fixed to purlins. Install 220mm of Dense Rock Wool insulation. Cover area with Vario membrane & 12.5mm Gyproc Rigitone 8-18 perforated gypsum accoustic board. Tape & Joint. Paint Surface. External insulation to flat roof section of Old School Block + PE covering. Pump cavity walls to Old and new School blocks.
