Parks, Biodiversity and Landscape Services wish to upgrade the existing park at the junction of Aughrim Street and North Circular Road in Stoneybatter. The site is mainly a grassed area with tree planting, existing wildflower meadow and some young trees scattered throughout. It is bounded by a low brick wall and is at the entrance to the Drumalee housing estate. The works include removal and reuse of existing wall and installing an estate railing. De-paving of the areas adjacent along Aughrim Street and North Circular Road. New planting in these areas and reinstatement of the wildflower meadow.
