Töömaht hõlmab vähemalt kolmeteistkümne (13) tuuliku sõltumatut tehnilist ülevaatust kolmanda osapoole poolt. Ülevaatuste eesmärk on hinnata tuulikute peamiste konstruktsiooniliste, mehaaniliste, hüdrauliliste, elektriliste ja ohutusega seotud süsteemide tehnilist seisukorda, tuvastada puudused, hinnata varade seisukorda ning toetada hooldus- ja investeeringute planeerimist. The scope of work includes independent third-party technical inspections of a minimum of thirteen (13) wind turbines. The purpose of the inspections is to assess the current technical condition of the main structural, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and safety-related systems of the turbines, identify deficiencies, assess asset condition and support maintenance and investment planning. The Tenderer has the right, but not oblitgation to order additional turbine inspections if budget and weather conditions are suitable
