Overview
De gemeente Noordoostpolder heeft op korte termijn behoefte aan snelle, passende en kwalitatief goede huisvesting voor starters en spoedzoekers, waaronder Oekraïense ontheemden. Om tijdig in deze behoefte te kunnen voorzien, wordt ingezet op de realisatie van snelbouwwoningen met minimaal 100 bedden die als permanente huisvestingsoplossing moeten dienen met als streefdatum voor oplevering 1 juni 2027 en als uiterste opleveringsdatum 1 augustus 2027. Voor de opdracht geldt een plafondbedrag van € 5.100.000.
