Dublin Port Company hereinafter referred to as DPC requires a single secure, cloud-based platform combining project and portfolio management with a Common Data Environment. The platform must be capable of managing governance approvals, dashboards, tasks, drawings and documents, NEC4 RIAI contract administration, cost control and reporting, while integrating with systems such as Microsoft 365, Primavera, Integra and PEMAC Asset Management platform. It is intended that the successful tenderer will be required to migrate existing SharePoint data from two Microsoft tenancies, provide strong GDPR cybersecurity and disaster-recovery controls, and deliver implementation, training and ongoing support. It is intended to enter into a contract for an initial period of three years with an option to extend for successive 2 year periods up to a maximum contract duration of 15 years.
