Wicklow County Council intends to establish a Single-Party Framework Agreement for the design and construction of refurbishment, alteration and fit-out works at Blessington Library, The Mall, Blessington, Co. Wicklow, to be awarded under a restricted procedure. The Framework will support the phased development of the existing first-floor library and the additional second-floor accommodation to provide enhanced library facilities, three artist studios and flexible arts, cultural, exhibition and community spaces.
