Le DCE peut être téléchargé sur https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr/ Accord-cadre financé sur fonds propres de la CNSA. Le paiement s'effectue après attestation de service fait dans un délai maximum de 30 jours à compter de la date de réception de la demande de paiement.
