Overview
This preliminary market engagement notice concerns the refurbishment of Sheffield Town Hall on behalf of Sheffield City Council (SCC). SCC are looking to appoint a design team to deliver RIBA stage 2 – 7 inclusive services as follows Lead Designer / Architect (including Conservation Architect and Acoustic Engineer) Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineer; Structural and Civil Engineer; Fire Engineer; and Design Manager. For clarity SCC intends to appoint each of the above disciplines as 5 separate consultants under 5 separate contracts.
