Dentro del contrato de mantenimiento integral se incluyen todas aquellas labores de mantenimiento PREVENTIVO, CORRECTIVO, MODIFICATIVO y TÉCNICO-LEGAL de las instalaciones técnicas de los edificios objeto del contrato y sus equipos, que ha de desarrollar la empresa adjudicataria, a fin de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las mismas, conforme a la normativa vigente en la materia y las necesidades de dichos espacios.
