Servicii de supraveghere şi verificare tehnică a instalaţiilor tehnologice (operator RSTVI) pe bază de abonament lunar şi o durată de 12 luni calendaristice, pentru următoarele echipamente: - trei ascensoare electrice, centrala termică tip BUDERUS GE 615 – 1480KW, amplasate la sediul administrativ al Primăriei Sector 2 din Str. Chiristigiilor, nr. 11-13; - centrala termică amplasată la sediul Centrului Militar Sector 2 din Str. Masaryk Tomas, nr. 22, tip THISION L ECO 100 – 200KW, si - centrala termică amplasată la sediul Direcţiei de Evidenţă a Persoanei din Str. Olari, nr. 19, tip BUDERUS - LOGAMAX GB 162 – 80 80 KW.
