SERVICII DE REPARATIE SI INTRETINERE CU PISE DE SCHIMB INCLUSA – COMPUTER TOMOGRAF –OPTIMA CT660 M40 GT In temeiul prevederilor art.160 di Legea 98/2016, modificata prin OUG 107/2017, operatorii economici interesati de procedura , vor solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire cu 20 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, iar in temeiul art.161 din Legea 98/2016, modificata prin OUG 107/ 2017, raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis cu 10 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
