Contractul presupune servicii de proiectare (DALI + DTAC + DTOE + PT + DDE și asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului) pentru obiectivul de investiție ” REGENERAREA URBANĂ INTEGRATĂ A ZONEI ISTORICE CU CIRCULAȚIE TURISTICĂ, A PARCULUI BĂILOR ȘI RESTAURAREA CLĂDIRII DE PATRIMONIU IZVORUL SENTINELA”. Proiectul are 2 componente majore: - proiectare Parcul Băilor; - proiectare restaurării clădirii de patrimoniu Izvorul Santinela Notă: Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 8 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificări înainte cu 4 zile de data limita de depunere a ofertelor”
