Propunerea finaciara si propunerea tehnica in conformitate cu cerintele caietului de sarcini. Prestatorul serviciilor de supervizare tehnică (dirigenție de șantier) trebuie să facă dovada că personalul este autorizat conform Procedurii de autorizare a diriginților de șantier stabilită prin Ordinul nr. 1496/2011, domeniu/subdomeniu: 5.2- Lucrări hidrotehnice - categoria de importanţă C.
