Overview
The London Borough of Hillingdon wishes to appoint an experienced service provider for the servicing and maintenance of fire systems and fire protection, emergency lighting & safety devices ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturers and safety standards. The contract is to include Hillingdon Council's housing stock of over 11,000 properties covering General Needs Housing, Sheltered Housing, Supported Housing and Corporate sites. The contractor will provide a planned servicing regime and reactive maintenance for repair and replacement to maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory recommendations as well as to undertake small works projects up to an approved threshold value for the asset types as stipulated. Renewal: The Contract will be for an initial term of three (3) years with an extendable option for a period of two (2) plus two (2) years, giving a total possible of five (7) years. Subject to performance and requirement.
Estimated value: 3,780,000 GBP including VAT
