Plata sa va face cu ordin de plata, în termen de 90 de zile de la recepţie; pentru aceasta furnizorul trebuie să aibă cont deschis la Trezoreria Statului, Garantie conform legislatiei in vigoare. Termen de livrare maxim 30 zile calendaristice de la data achizitiei
Oferta tehnica si oferta financiara se vor trimite la adresa de e-mail [email protected] pana la data limita de depunere a ofertelor, respectiv 12.06.2026 ora 11:00. Ulterior, achizitia directa se va derula in SEAP numai cu ofertantul declarat castigator, a carui oferta va corespunde cerintelor tehnice si va avea pretul cel mai scazut.
