L’objecte d’aquest acord marc és la regulació de les condicions de selecció dels formadors amb els quals, durant la seva vigència, es celebraran contractes de serveis per impartir cursos de formació professional subvencionats pel Servei d’Ocupació de la Generalitat de Catalunya (SOC), la Diputació de Barcelona, el Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal, Fons Social Europeu, l’Ajuntament de Rubí, altres administracions públiques d’àmbit nacional o europeu i entitats privades.
