Overview

Accres wenst via een concurrentiegerichte dialoog één of meer aanbieders te contracteren voor de schoonmaakdienstverlening van locaties die Accres in beheer heeft. De schoonmaak dient uitgevoerd te worden voor wijkcentra, zwembaden, kinderboerderijen, gymzalen en sporthallen. De verwachte opdrachtwaarde betreft circa €1.200.000 per jaar. Bij een volledige invulling van de opdracht komt de totale opdrachtwaarde op circa €12.000.000 (prijspeil 2024). Er zijn twee ontwikkelingen die mogelijk ervoor zorgen voor een vermindering van de uiteindelijke opdrachtwaarde. In het preselectiedocument wordt ingegaan op deze ontwikkelingen.
