Key information
Overview
Digital transformation and the adoption of AI technologies are now central to organisational competitiveness, productivity and resilience across all sectors. While many organisations are investing in digital technologies they are also committed to building structured and sustainable AI capability across its workforce. To support our member companies Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet now seek to appoint a suitably qualified provider to design and deliver an AI Workforce Development Programme. The objective of the programme is to move participants from occasional, ad-hoc AI use to embedded daily practice — with documented, role-specific AI workflows they own and build upon. The programme will incorporate certification via Anthropic Academy as a standard learning milestone for all participants.
Tá claochlú digiteach agus glacadh teicneolaíochtaí AI anois lárnach do iomaíochas eagraíochtaí, táirgiúlacht agus athléimneacht trasna na ngnólachtaí go léir. Cé go bhfuil go leor eagraíochtaí ag infheistiú i dteicneolaíochtaí digiteacha, tá siad tiomanta freisin do chumas AI struchtúrtha agus inbhuanaithe a fhorbairt trasna a bhfhoirne. Chun tacú lenár gcuideachtaí ball, tá Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet ag lorg soláthraí cáilithe cuí chun Clár Forbartha Fhoirne AI a dhearadh agus a chur i gcrích. Is é cuspóir an chláir ná rannpháirtithe a thabhairt ó úsáid AI ócáideach, neamhshocraithe go cleachtas lánach ionsuite — le sreafaí oibre AI doiciméadaithe, ar leith don róil a mbíonn úinéireacht ag rannpháirtithe orthu agus iad á bhforbairt. Cuimseoidh an clár deimhnú tríd an Anthropic Academy mar chéim foghlama caighdeánach do na rannpháirtithe go léir.
