OBJECT OF THE RFI Yleisradio Oy (later “Yle”) is preparing a public tender of newsroom analytics solutions to enable near real-time article and video analytics in Yle’s digital services. The primary function of this solution is to provide our editorial teams with near real-time data and analysis of article performance on the yle.fi website and the Yle mobile application. The goal is to empower our newsroom and other editorial staff with actionable insights to make data-driven editorial decisions. With this RFI Yle invites interested suppliers to participate in the market dialogue held prior publishing the call for tenders (RFP). In this RFI, Yle is looking to identify the solutions available in the market that could meet Yle’s needs. This request for information is aimed to enter discourse with interested parties, and gather information for tender purposes. HOW TO PARTICIPATE Interested suppliers are invited to take part in the market dialogue by sending the response by email to tarjoukset.yle(at)yle.fi at latest by 14th of August 2026. Also, it is not necessary for a supplier to participate in the market dialogue in order to later participate in the procurement procedure. Neither does participation in the market dialogue bind the supplier to participate in the procurement procedure. The purpose of this RFI is to collect information from the market and inform companies of the upcoming procurement. With this RFI you are invited to take part in the market dialogue. The description and object of the RFI are preliminary and Yle will specify the needs and objectives of the procurement in the final invitation to tender. Yle will treat responses to RFI as confidential and all material provided for the RFI will be kept confidential and only for Yle's internal use.
