The Netherlands Ministry of Defence (NLD MOD) is considering procuring Cyber & Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) systems for deployment in several mission profiles and invites potential suppliers for these systems to respond to this Request for Information (RFI). This RFI is part of the market survey. Cyber & Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) is military action involving the use of electromagnetic and directed energy to control the electromagnetic spectrum or to attack the enemy. There are four subdivisions; Electromagnetic attack; • Electromagnetic defence; • Electromagnetic surveillance; • Cyber effects using radiofrequencies . This RFI is aimed at technological solutions that can achieve effects in all four subdivisions of CEMA and intends to provide the us with an overview of the possible solutions in the market for CEMA systems in the littoral domain. The results of this RFI may lead to a shortlist of suppliers.
