Konzeption und Durchführung einer individuellen Maßnahme - § 16 I Sozialgesetzbuch Zweites Buch (SGB II) i.V.m. § 45 I S. 1 Sozialgesetzbuch Drittes Buch (SGB III) - für ca. 96 Teilnehmende im Bezirk des Regionalen Einkaufszentrums Südwest.
Das Leistungsverzeichnis/Losblatt enthält den/die am Vertrag beteiligten Bedarfsträger (Agentur für Arbeit bzw. Jobcenter). Nach Maßgabe von § 18 des Vertrages kann die Leistung durch weitere Bedarfsträger (Agentur für Arbeit bzw. Jobcenter als sog. Dritte) genutzt werden. Höchstmenge der Rahmenvereinbarung: ca. 96 Teilnehmenden (zzgl. der vertraglichen Flexibilisierungsmöglichkeiten in Höhe von 20%)
