Konzeption und Durchführung von individuellen Eingliederungsmaßnahmen zur Heranführung an den Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i.V.m. § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 SGB III für ca. 20 Plätze des JC Arbeit für Bottrop im Bezirk des REZ NRW
Das Leistungsverzeichnis/Losblatt enthält den/die am Vertrag beteiligten Bedarfsträger (Agentur für Arbeit bzw. Jobcenter). Nach Maßgabe von § 18 des Vertrages kann die Leistung durch weitere Bedarfsträger (Agentur für Arbeit bzw. Jobcenter als sog. Dritte) genutzt werden. Höchstmenge der Rahmenvereinbarung: 20 Plätze (zzgl. der vertraglichen Flexibilisierungsmöglichkeiten in Höhe von 30%)
