Konzeption und Durchführung der Maßnahmekombination "Aktivierung für Menschen mit psychischen Problematiken (Lifecoach Plus U25)" nach § 16 Abs.1 SGB II i.V.m. § 45 Abs.1 S.1 SGB III für ca. 10 Plätze im Bezirk des JC Bremen.
Das Leistungsverzeichnis/Losblatt enthält den/die am Vertrag beteiligten Bedarfsträger (Agentur für Arbeit bzw. Jobcenter). Nach Maßgabe von § 18 des Vertrages kann die Leistung durch weitere Bedarfsträger (Agentur für Arbeit bzw. Jobcenter als sog. Dritte) genutzt werden. Höchstmenge der Rahmenvereinbarung: 10 Plätze (zzgl. der vertraglichen Flexibilisierungsmöglichkeiten in Höhe von 30 %).
