Lunds universitet avser att teckna avtal med en (1) leverantör av tjänster för affärsresor för enskilda resenärer samt gruppresor. Med tjänster avses traditionell resebyråtjänst och webbaserat självbokningssystem för bokning av olika typer av affärsresande, t.ex. flygresor, tågresor inom Sverige och Öresundståg till Danmark, samt tågresor utrikes i anslutning till flygresa, övrig marktransport och hotell, inklusive gruppbokningar.
