The framework supports the commissioning of research and evaluation activities to inform grant-making, programme design, organisational learning and strategic decision-making across the Trust's portfolio of work supporting the Armed Forces community.

The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust Research Partners Framework provides access to specialist research, evaluation, analytical and evidence synthesis services. The framework supports the commissioning of research and evaluation activities to inform grant-making, programme design, organisational learning and strategic decision-making across the Trust's portfolio of work supporting the Armed Forces community. Proposals are requested from Partners as required to deliver strategic objectives, either on a solicited or competition basis, and all are assessed against published criteria. The budget available for each commission is determined by agreement with Trustees and other stakeholders.
